FARMA puts people first through employee welfare initiatives

A concrete commitment to employee well-being

FARMA continues to invest in a broad range of corporate welfare programs, reaffirming its dedication to supporting employees both inside and outside the workplace.

Based in Medicina, near Bologna, FARMA specializes in designing and producing automotive components. In 2022, the company rolled out several employee-focused services aimed at improving quality of life and fostering workplace well-being.

Bonuses, vouchers and healthcare support

These initiatives included a €250 shopping voucher and €100 in fuel vouchers distributed in June, followed by an additional €100 fuel voucher in October. In November, every employee also received a €300 loyalty bonus.

These benefits come on top of FARMA’s supplementary health insurance plan, introduced well before it became mandatory for companies in the industry.

Values and growth: a message from the CEO

“We believe employee well-being is a cornerstone of any company’s growth and success—especially during such challenging times,” says CEO Antonio Dolgetta. “At FARMA, we do our best to offer practical support to our people, in line with our resources, because quality of life and work should always come first.”

Since 1975, FARMA has been designing and manufacturing caps, filler necks, filters, and related accessories for fuel and AdBlue tanks used in leading brands of tractors, trucks, buses, and earth-moving machinery. Renowned for meticulous attention to detail and stringent quality control, the company has invested over the years in its own zamak die-casting foundry, a plastic injection molding department, and an in-house tool shop for mold design and maintenance.

Across all its divisions, FARMA stands out for precision, innovation, reliability and consistently high quality standards.
