The Organisation
Our foundry is the flagship of our production; equipped with 15 die-casting machines and powered exclusively by raw materials selected to ensure the highest standards of quality.
We process over 1000 tonnes of zamak alloy into more than 16 million items per year, ranging from microscopic components weighing just 1 gram to structural pieces exceeding 2,5 kg.
Cutting-edge technology
Our machine fleet boasts 15 Agrati hot-chamber moulding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 13 to 280 tonnes. Most of them belong to the “Energy Savings 4.0 Industry” range, ensuring high productivity with optimised energy consumption.
We complete our offer with threading and component assembly services, delivering finished or semi-finished products such as hinges, anti-theft elements, window regulator components and much more. We guarantee a 100% control service for “free-pass” supplies destined for automatic power lines, ensuring zero defects and maximum reliability.
Integrated Sustainability
Our zamak melting furnace allows us to recast sprues, significantly contributing to energy savings and reducing environmental impact.
