50 Years of History, People and Future: A Day to Remember

It was much more than just a celebration. It was a chance to look each other in the eye, reconnect through shared stories, and renew that quiet but steadfast commitment that guides us in our work every single day. The event brought together most of our team members and their families in a warm, genuine atmosphere that at times was deeply moving.

We opened our doors for guided tours through the company’s various departments, led by our dedicated team leaders, who passionately shared the daily work that makes FARMA a trusted and established name in the industry.

Touching moments were interwoven with words of gratitude and vision for the future—from the thanks expressed by both our long-standing management and the new generation, to the voices of local institutions who joined us.

Equally heartfelt was the spontaneous recognition from employees to the company’s ownership and management—a gesture that strengthened the human bond that makes FARMA more than just a workplace.

The day ended on a festive note with a rich buffet, the cutting of the anniversary cake, and a special area for children and adults alike, made even more special by the wonderful volunteers from the Clown 2.0 association, who brought smiles and lightness to everyone.

This day made it clear what truly sets us apart: the daily dedication of our people, the power of teamwork, the value of shared memories, and the determination to look ahead—together.

For 50 years, we have been building the future.

And we’ll continue to do so with the same passion, energy and professionalism for the next 50.
